Cleaning of casting
Clean the oxide from the casting surface to make the casting surface get good cleanliness and required roughness, so as to facilitate subsequent machining and coating.

Steel plate pretreatment
The oxide skin, rust and other impurities will be removed by the method of shot blasting, and the appropriate roughness will be formed to facilitate the subsequent paint coating, and then the surface of the steel will be cleaned up with a vacuum cleaner or purified compressed air.

Steel structure
Steel structure, H-section steel, C-section steel, angle steel and so on are used in modern construction industry. Before use, derusting or oxidation skin removal treatment should be done in order to achieve good anticorrosive performance and appearence.

Construction machinery
Mechanical cleaning can effectively remove the rust, welding slag, oxide skin on the workpiece, eliminate the welding stress, increase the bonding force of anti-rust coating film and metal matrix, thus greatly improve the anti-rust quality of engineering machinery parts.

Stainless steel plate cleaning
After treatment, the stainless steel plate should be clean, bright, shiny and delicate. Suitable abrasives should be selected for the dephosphorization treatment of cold rolled stainless steel plate surface. According to the stainless steel plate surfaces of different grades, abrasives of different particle size and ratio should be chosen. Compared with chemical treatment, it can effectively reduce the cost of cleaning, and achieve green production.

Pipeline anticorrision
In order to enhance the corrosion resistance of the steel tube, the surface of the steel tube needs to be treated. Through shot blasting, the oxide and attachments on the surface can be removed to achieve the required derusting level and anchor grain depth. While cleaning the surface, the adhesion between the steel pipe and the coating is satisfied, and the good anti-corrosion effect is achieved.
